We're excited to announce the NEPA Horror Fest's special 8th annual October event, 13 Short Films! The event that started it all, 13 Short Films began in 2015 at the River Street Jazz Cafe in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania screening thirteen independent horror films. The NEPA Horror Fest celebrates filmmakers, artists, and musicians at this major event twice a year, including its Spooky Summer counterpart in June.
